Our Puppy Warranties
7-Day Vet Check
The buyer must have this puppy/kitten examined by a licensed vet of your choice within seven (7) days of purchase to validate the warranty. If the vet finds any physical ailment that in his/her opinion will be a life-long problem, Puppyworld will provide the buyer with store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original puppy/kitten. The buyer must also bring a signed statement from the examining vet showing the date within seven days on which puppy/kitten was examined stating why the puppy/kitten is a poor health risk. This warranty will become invalid if the puppy/kitten does not receive annual check-ups.
10-Day Money Back
If the puppy/kitten dies of natural causes, i.e. parvovirus, liver or kidney failure, within ten (10) days of purchase, Puppyworld will, at buyer's option, issue a store credit, cash refund, or deliver to the buyer a new puppy/kitten. In order to qualify for this warranty, the buyer must bring a veterinarian's certificate of cause of death to Puppyworld within 48 hours after the loss has occurred. An autopsy or postmortem test, at the buyer's expense, may be required. Puppyworld reserves the right to withhold store credit, cash refund, or exchange if in the opinion of another licensed vet of its choice the puppy's/kitten's cause of death was not natural. Medical speculation will not be considered.
2-Year Warranty on Life
If the puppy/kitten dies of natural causes within two (2) years from purchase date, Puppyworld will provide the buyer with a store credit in the amount equal to the purchase price of the original puppy/kitten towards a store credit/replacement. To qualify for this warranty, the puppy/kitten must be kept under regular care of a licensed vet. In addition, buyer must submit a veterinarian's certificate of cause of death to Puppyworld within seven (7) days after the loss has occurred. If requested, the buyer must also bring in the puppy's/kitten's health records. ALL REGISTRATION PAPERS OR APPLICATIONS TO REGISTER MUST BE RETURNED TO PUPPYWORLD TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT/REPLACEMENT.
3-Year Warranty on Hips
If the puppy develops Hip Dysplasia within three (3) years from purchase date, Puppyworld will provide the buyer with a store credit/replacement in the amount equal to the purchase price of the original puppy. To qualify for this warranty, buyer must submit a veterinarian's certificate stating the puppy has Hip Dysplasia. Buyer must also supply an x-ray, at buyer's expense, confirming the diagnosis. ALL REGISTRATION PAPERS OR APPLICATIONS TO REGISTER MUST BE RETURNED TO PUPPYWORLD TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT/REPLACEMENT.
Terms and General Conditions
- The buyer must have this puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of your choice within ten (10) days of purchase. Buyer must also provide a signed statement from the Veterinarian showing the date within ten (10) days on which the puppy was examined, stating why the puppy is a poor health risk.
- Puppyworld shall, under no circumstances, be obligated for any Vet fees for examination or treatment or other expenses incurred for any reason.
- Because this is a sale priced puppy, these are the only warranties that Puppyworld extends to the buyer.
- This is a written agreement between me and Puppyworld concerning the health, condition, or loss of the puppy purchased today. I will not rely on any oral statements, particularly about cash refunds or payment or Vet fees contrary to this written agreement.
